7. Order Cancellations

Please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. In case of cancellation after the products have been sent, you must return them unopened, in their original packaging, to our headquarters (see contact info). All returns must be paid for by the customer. We can’t refund your order until we receive the items. You are advised to choose a Recorded or Special Delivery Service to ensure that we receive the package. Once you open the product container or packaging, or once you use the product, you cannot cancel your order or request a refund. Your statutory rights regarding the quality of those products, however, remain unaffected.

8. Payment

We will charge you for the products when your order is accepted at the price quoted on our website. Delivery costs will not be included in the price. Charges for these services depend on which Delivery option is selected. This website also accepts credit and debit card payments. The payment will be charged and deducted from the credit card or debit card upon placing the order. In case that some items are not available, we will promptly refund any payments after taking the order.

9. Promotional Offers
